Springhill Medical Center is committed to patient care and pricing transparency. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) require (FY 2019 IPPS/LTCH PPS Final Rule: CMS-1694-F and CMS-1694-CN2) hospitals to post a list of their standard charges online in a machine-readable format. We have done so via the patient price estimator.
Hospital charges represent all itemized services provided and do not necessarily represent final pricing, which is based on your insurance company's contract with the hospital. Your amount owed ("out-of-pocket" costs) will be a percentage portion of that adjusted, contracted price.

The deposit amount for the procedure is strictly a deposit amount and is based on a normal uncomplicated procedure, estimated prior to services rendered. Charges on the final bill may differ significantly due to medications ordered, supplies utilized, medical complications or extended stays. The deposit amount does not include fees for physicians' services, including but not limited to anesthesiologists, radiologists, pathologists, ER physicians, or other attending physicians' fees. This is a deposit for the facility at Springhill Medical Center.
