FAQs
Will I be able to mail in a payment by check, pay on website, and or pay by phone while on a payment plan?
Currently, automatic payment is the only payment plan we offer. We are not able to accept payments by check, online, or by phone at this time while on a payment plan, but we hope to add more payment options in the future.
Does Springhill provide a hardship plan?
Currently, Springhill does not offer hardship payment plans. Payment plans are based on the balance owed; however, you may contact Patient Accounts to discuss other available options at 251.460.5245.
Will I get text reminders?
Currently, text reminders are not available but we do provide reminder statements through the US Postal Service.
Will I be able to keep the same payment terms, including the payment amount and length of plan, as those offered by CarePay?

Can I pay over the phone or through the mail with a money order/check?

If you do not qualify for Medicaid or other third-party benefit programs, and are unable to pay your hospital bill in full, please contact us at 251.460.5245 to make payment arrangements. One of our Patient Account Representatives can guide you, possibly provide certain discounts, and help you design a plan to assist with the payment of your bill.
