About Us
Springhill Medical Center partners with Sodexo to provide all the dietary needs for our patients, staff, visitors, and family members. Dining is available in the Courtyard Café. The Cafeteria is located on the first floor of the main hospital building. Hospital patient services feature in-room meal delivery. Our clinical nutrition team also provides outpatient diet consulting and diet descriptions.

The Springhill Medical Center Dietary Department serves patient meals via in-room delivery called At Your Request (AYR). This patient-oriented program allows patients to choose what they want to eat when they want it. Patients can order meals during hours of operation (6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) by dialing . The requested meals are prepared fresh to order, assembled and checked for accuracy, and then delivered in-room to the patient.
Family members can also assist the patient by selecting their food preferences and ordering for them. To do this, please call 251.460.MEAL (6325). Family members staying in the room are also welcome to order from the in-room menu and have it delivered to the patient's room.
Visitors may order and pay for Guest Meals by calling x6325 or outside the hospital at 251.460.6325. Meal vouchers are also available in the Courtyard Café for $10.00.
