A rising leader during the COVID-19 pandemic, Christie’s steely resolve and out-of-the-box problem solving brought the Surgery Department successfully through every challenge.
Since becoming a manager, Christie has sought out and successfully implemented several inventory efficiency programs. She currently serves on several hospital committees to improve existing/create new processes across the entire organization.
