If you have any concerns or complaints (sometimes called “grievances”), please let the staff know, or you may call the Patient Satisfaction Coordinator at 251-340-7946, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  During the evening or on weekends, please ask for the nursing supervisor or call the hospital operator by dialing 0.
